In conjunction of the 50th Anniversary of University of Lampung, Indonesia, we are pleased to organize the 1st International Conference on Science, Technology, and Interdisciplinary Research 2015 (IC-STAR 2015). The conference is co-organized by Faculty of Engineering, University of Lampung (Unila) Indonesia and INSTEP network (International Network on Science, Technology, and Education Programme). The conference will highlight recent and significant advances, the state-of-the-art, current status and future challenges on all aspects related to the research and development in the field of Science, Engineering and Technology and Interdisciplinary Research. The organizer are welcoming Keynotes, Invited, Oral and poster presenter papers from leading-edge academia, research organization and industrialist in related areas to present their current findings and future prospective.
IC-Star 2015 divided into several sections related but not limited to the following scientific tracks:
Section 1, Engineering and Techn0logy: Electrical and Telecommunication; Mechanical and Industrial; Geophysics; Aeronautics; Mining and Materials; Chemical and Environmental; Civil and Architecture; Computer & Information Technology.
Section 2, Life and Applied Science: Mathematics; Physics and Biophysics; Nano- and Quantum Sciences; Biosciences and Bioinformatics; Basic and Applied Chemistry; Astronautics and Astronomy.
Section 3, Medical Science and Biomedical Engineering: Medical and Health; Dentistry; Pharmacy and Nutrition; Public Health and OSHA; Biomedical Engineering; Sport Sciences.
Section 4, Agriculture Engineering and Food Science: Agriculture; Food Science and Technology; Animal Science and Veterinary; Marine & Fisheries; Forestry and Ecology; Soil and Land Resources.
Prospective authors are invited to submit original and previously unpublished paper in DOC or PDF format via conference submission system http://conference.unila.ac.id/index.php/icstar/.
Submission contribution for review may include:
- regular papers (max 6 pages)
- short papers (work in progress) (2-4 pages)
- extended abstracts ( 2 pages)
- posters ( 2 pages)
The camera ready paper should be in regular version (max 6 pages). Papers selected for publication in conference supporting journals should be extended to avoid duplication.
All topics are open to academic, research and industry contribution, including policy development, technical report, and research in progress.
All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceeding which is separately in to each specific sections. We are in the progress to index the proceeding in to some international indexing site.
Selected full paper contributions will be published in Trans Tech Publication (Scopus indexed), Journal of Applied Research and Technology (indexed in the Science Citation Index Expanded – SCIE by ISI/Thomson). We are still waiting the confirmation of partnership from several other journals.
